Absher Design Group Wins Two Categories at 4th District ADDY Awards — May 4th, 2012

Absher Design Group is a Naples boutique branding and advertising agency. The ADDY awards are a three tier competition, as well as the largest creative competition in the country with over 40,000 local entries competing in 200 markets coast to coast.

After winning two ADDY awards at the preliminary Suncoast American Advertising Federation’s (AAF) local competition, the creative team’s work at Absher Design allowed them to proceed to the second level of the district ADDY competition held in Orlando, Florida on April 14th, 2013.  “The Mangino’s Commercial Campaign” and “Naples Winter Wine Festival Private Party Invitation” both won a silver ADDY award at the second level district competition.

Lisa Absher, Creative Director and President of Absher Design Group stated, “I would like to thank the local businesses Garden District Events and Mangino’s  for giving me the creative freedom to create successful and award winning work that we can all be proud of.”  The two winning entries are now eligible to proceed to the National ADDY competition to compete on the national level.

The AAF 4th District is comprised of 21 local federations throughout Florida and the Caribbean representing nearly 1,500 members. The American Advertising Federation is different from any other organization because they have a three level, multi-dimensional network of professionals that represent all disciplines of advertising. The AAF’s goal is to educate advertising professionals and students, monitor legislative issues, recognize excellence, drive traffic to all businesses, and help build our economy.
